Matt I thought I would write and give you some feedback with regards to Agnes. Before I start I should state all is well, so this is not bad news! We have met up a few times, with more planned and each meet has been a great experience. It is nice to finally meet someone who has joined for the “right” reasons and is most of all very genuine, warm and a pleasure to be around. Of course it is very early days and I am certainly one to be cautious (especially due to previous experiences!) but wanted to write now as I would imagine there are times that, when your job has been done, ironically you do not hear anything back and only receive another email when things have gone wrong or it is not a match. I hope if things continue I will find the time to write again and keep you posted, but for the time being thank you. All the best.
