1.  Your Interview  

Your membership begins with a relaxed conversation with one of our fully trained interviewers so that we can find out more about you and the type of person you’d like to meet.

You can choose to be interviewed either by telephone or we can meet you personally in London, Birmingham, Manchester or at our offices near Stratford-upon-Avon.  Alternatively we can arrange an interview for you closer to your home which may be more convenient for you.

2.  Your Profile

Following your interview we prepare your profile for your approval - no introductions will be sent until you are happy with it.  We will also send you a useful booklet ’Make it Happen for you’ to help you get the most from your membership.  In turn, we will ask you to provide a copy of your driving licence or passport plus a copy of a recent utility bill; we do this with every new member for everyone’s peace of mind and security.  We will also ask you for a recent photograph although we always bring a camera if we meet you face to face. 

3.  Personally selecting a partner for you 

Then we start the exciting part of our role - personally selecting suitable potential partners for you.  Due to the skills and experience of our matching team, our members often find their ideal partner within just 3 or 4 introductions.

If we find someone whose profile is close to but not exactly what you are looking for then we will contact you to see if you are happy with our selection.  This ensures that all the matches you receive are compatible, potential partners.  Our members are selective about the people they meet and are generally impressed with the people we choose for them.

Your membership is a two way partnership and throughout we will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have and to provide any advice you may need to help you get the most from your membership - we even provide helpful tips for the date itself if you wish.

4. Your First Introduction

When we find a compatible match you will receive a brief profile and an agreed contact telephone number of the first person we would like you to meet. He or she will receive your profile at the same time. For your safety we do not disclose surnames or addresses.

All you have to do is pick up the phone, get to know each other and arrange a meeting. Whether you choose to meet for coffee, a drink in the evening, to meet in an art gallery, or for a walk in the park, you can relax knowing that your date wants to meet someone like you. Have fun!

5. Your Feedback

After each match we want to hear from you. Did you enjoy your date? What did you like? What would you like to change? Your answers help us to refine and modify future introductions-if needed.
If you would both like to see more of each other and romance is in the air, then you have the option to put your membership on hold. It can be re-started simply by getting back in touch with us and the time saved will be added on to your membership term remaining.

6. Your New Introductions

We work very hard to ensure that you will enjoy meeting the people we select for you but of course that all important ‘chemistry’ may not be there in which case all you have to do is request a new introduction.  Hundreds of people have found happiness through us – why not take a look at some of our success stories.
